Hailing from diverse backgrounds, the 500 bring with them experience, wisdom, stability and a massive confidence to win, that only comes after winning again and again and again.

They started as a motley group of bright, eager pupils and have now grown into the finest team any Retail Destinations Developer could ask for. They faced the pilot project and executed it in workbook fashion with a dash of added spontaneous inspiration. EWDPL is a revolution, and here are its revolutionaries:

	B.Rajesh Nair CEO ceo@ewdpl.com Rajesh is a Senior Civil Engineer who has lead many massive projects to success. The feathers in his cap include projects for ACC, several Five Star Hotel projects, Shopping Malls, Multiplexes and Residential Housing Projects. He has been there and done that, and our CEO is directly responsible for the Project Management Operations at EWDPL.
	Yagnesh Sanghrajka Chief Financial Officer yagnesh@ewdpl.com A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Yagnesh brings to EWDPL a valuable experience of 15+ years in Finance and Accounting. Yagnesh has worked with large conglomerates like the Hinduja Group as the Global CFO for their ITES –BPO business, where he was responsible for complete business restructuring of the company’s various businesses, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions. His most recent assignment with Bessemer Venture Partners, a leading international US based VC/PE firm, involved working closely with various investee companies on due diligence, financial matters, governance and MIS reporting.
	Kush Medhora Chief Operating Officer kush.medhora@ewdpl.com Kush Medhora comes with an interesting background in the retail space. He started with Trent to promote Westside brand of stores, thereafter moved to Pantaloon Retail to pick up a challenging assignment of growing the Pantaloon brands across the country. He was instrumental in promoting 4 million sq. ft. retail space, making Pantaloon umbrella of brands a household names across the country. He has also served as COO - Home Solutions Retail (India) Ltd and launched Home Town, E zone, Collection I and Furniture Bazaar. He was also on the Board of Directors for Asian Retail Lighting Ltd. and Home Lighting (India) Ltd. His career has also spanned working with ITC and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
	Avnish Hasija Director Business Development avnish.hasija@ewdpl.com Avnish is a graduate in Business Administration having an experience of 22 years in various commercial operations. He remains forever in touch with almost all the major retailers and F&B chains of India and is responsible for liasoning for the entire project
	Sanjay Sangamnerkar COO - Construction sanjay.sangamnerkar@ewdpl.com Sanjay is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience. “Foundation”, his firm, is part of EWDPL's core team for development and construction of future projects. Sanjay helps in coordination between the Architects, Structural Engineers and oversees the construction and development of the various EWDPL projects
	K.K. Chaturvedi Executive Vice President Legal kk.chaturvedi@ewdpl.com Chaturvedi is a qualified lawyer with 15 years' experience of heading the Legal Department. All legal matters of the group including drafting of documents, handling arbitration proceedings, advising and giving legal opinions and briefing senior advocates in various matters, fall under his domain
	Bimal K. Nanda Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs bimal@ewdpl.com Bimal is a Qualified Company Secretary and Cost & Works Accountant, having 15 years of post qualification experience. He has vast knowledge in Corporate Law, Strategic Planning and MIS. As head of Corporate Affairs and Strategic Planning, he supervises the team of qualified Company Secretaries for good Corporate Governance and act as channel between the Company and the Investors
	Ravi Chourasiya Executive Vice President Finance ravi.chourasiya@ewdpl.com Ravi is a qualified Charted Accountant, having experience of over 15 years. He ensures the proper finalizing of accounts of the company and its SPVS. He assists the CFO in the treasury operations and other related matters
